After more than 16 years working in real estate development, Jeff successfully transitioned to a career as a Certified Professional Home Inspector. His experience working with architects, engineers, contractors, builders, suppliers and regulatory agencies have provided Jeff with the foundation to be an outstanding home inspector. In addition, his hands-on experience as an architectural designer coupled with a strong attention to detail, means that you can rest-assured you will be receiving one of the best home inspections available.
Jeff is a Jacksonville native, born and raised in Duval County. He graduated from the University of North Florida, and currently lives at the Beaches with his wife, Dina and their dog, Buddy. In his spare time, you can find Jeff surfing, cheering on the Jaguars, or working around his home on various projects.

Mike has called Jacksonville home for the last 20 years. He currently resides in a home built in 1953, so he has first-hand experience with the pros and cons of living-in and owning older homes. Sharing this knowledge with our clients is something that he enjoys greatly.
Mike graduated from the University of North Florida, and has worked as a full-time inspector since 2019. In his spare time, he enjoys doing projects around the house and spending quality time with his family.
